Thank you for shopping at MerchLab (merchlab.in). We want to make sure your shopping experience for our premium streetwear and custom drops is as smooth as possible. Please read our policy regarding shipping timelines, returns, and refunds carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

• Processing Time:

  • Standard Drops (Oversized Tees, Anime Edition, Hoodies): Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Design Your Own (Custom Print-on-Demand): Since custom apparel is printed uniquely for you, it takes 2–4 business days to print and quality-check before dispatch.

• Delivery Timelines: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in India.

• Tracking Your Order: As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking ID will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also track it directly on our Track Your Order page.

• Shipping Charges: Free shipping details or exact courier fees will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your final order value.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return & Exchange Window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligible Products: Standard items like Graphic Tees, Casual Shirts, and Bottomwear can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

• Non-Returnable Products (Custom POD): Products created via our Design Your Own section are custom-made specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error from our end.

• Wrong/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size/design by mistake, please send us an unboxing video or clear pictures within 48 hours of delivery at official.aryan039@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement instantly.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and it passes quality inspection, your refund will be approved.

• Prepaid Orders: The approved refund amount will be credited back directly to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, our support team will reach out to collect your bank account or UPI details, and the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

• Once an order enters the production cycle (for custom designs) or gets dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
