The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to MerchLab.
2. User Accounts & Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs
Our website contains original graphic apparel, anime editions, and streetwear drops owned by MerchLab. You may not copy or redistribute our designs without permission.
For “Design Your Own” (Print on Demand): By uploading any artwork, text, or images, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to that content. MerchLab reserves the right to refuse printing any material that violates copyrights, trademarks, or contains offensive/illegal content.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
All prices for our products (Oversized T-Shirts, Hoodies, Casuals, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.
Payments must be made securely through our authorized payment gateways at the time of checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Shipping timelines and delivery dates provided are estimates. MerchLab is not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier partners or external logistics issues.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Standard Products: Returns or exchanges are governed by our official Refund & Returns Policy.
Custom Print-on-Demand Products: Since custom products are created specifically according to your unique designs, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MerchLab, nor any of its operators, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract. MerchLab shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
