Refund & Returns

At MerchLab (merchlab.in), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with returns and refunds. Please review our policy below:
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange for your items.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Collections: Graphic Tees, Oversized T-Shirts, Hoodies, Casual Shirts, and Bottomwear.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Print-on-Demand)
Products created through our Design Your Own section are custom-made specifically according to your unique designs, images, or text.
Because these items are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items Received
If you receive a damaged product, defective print, or the wrong size/design by mistake, please email us an unboxing video or clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We will verify the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund instantly.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be approved.
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will contact you to collect your bank details, and the refund will be sent via bank transfer within 7 business days.
